Luis Carlos Bautista Duran is from Santander, Colombia, Bucaramanga. he has never struggled or gone without in his entire life. He grew up with the money. Greed to have more got him to learn how fast he could prey upon creating ILLUSIONS that he saw people easily, without question, fell for and open their wallets, to bank accounts. His money was a forever nonstopping flow of money like hitting the Lottery every day. All he had to do was dress up as a clown and get paid to be a clown at parties and events for sick and poor underprivileged children, something he has never known.

In his videos you see him walking around giving the gifts and looking like he is so compassionate to these sick and poor children, and even goes to where the food is to make sure it is shown all the food and the party setups and anything that was paid for by the people who hired him. Luis Carlos Bautista Duran gets online, saying he paid 500 percent for all of this in which he didn't spend a cent he got paid plus as he floods the social media and people start making comments about how great of charitable things he does and how he takes his own food and clothes and goes without. (LIES FAKE ILLUSIONS) he then starts messaging them and runs more scams to gain more money out of individuals, he milks and milks and puts pressure on people no matter when they tell him they have no more money to give they already are seeing a psychopath, a monster emerging not the nice clown they thought he was they see a very different side of him coming out.
Now he starts threatening people who don't want to give or can't give and in many cases, I have seen him littlery take people from the riches to the homeless themselves out of fear from his convincing them he is got the Cartels and Gangls backing him and if they don't keep forking over money he will send them to handle them and threats what he will have them do and so on and so forth you know they type person the Clown really is, he is UN Masked himself.
Long story short, he is one big Illusion; he is not whatsoever connected to the Cartels or Gangs. He has no power he has no powerful friends.
